Q: My repair station does avionics or engine overhauls or a specialty. Will your manual comply with that?
A: Yes.
Q: Our manual is written for all repair stations to be in compliance with FAA guidance. The manual addresses the requirements on how your training is performed, what type of training you give your employees, who trains them, etc.
The only section that relates to any type of repair station is in the “employee needs assessments” located in the forms section. It is a process where you record the type of training the employee needs to perform his function at your company. Your manual will have information and some training tailored for FAA compliance.

Q: What is employee’s training needs assessment?
A: It is the evaluation process form.
The Process - is a process of evaluation the pass experience the employee has which relates to your repair station, any previous training, and what training the employee is going to need.
The Form - is a form that guides you though the procedure of determining the appropriate amount of training required.
Q: What is evaluation of training and documents experience effectiveness?
A: It is a process and a form.
The Process – is a feedback process which looks at the training that was given and assures that the training completes the requirement of properly training the employee. (FAR)

Q: If I buy your Training Manual will I have to buy any training?
A: Buy as little or as much as you need. We love all our customers.
Q: How much is the manual?
A: Three manuals package are available:
1) A Bare Bones Package
2) An electronic version in Microsoft Word format is available
3) A Manual Plus package plus which has the Manual plus it
includes training that you need to customize the manual for your operations and to set up your training properly.
A complete manual package is available. A Premium Package!
We will write your manual and put it into a form ready to submit to the FAA.

Q: Are updates are available should any requirements change?
A: Updates are available for both the Manual Plus and/or Premium Manual Packages. They are submitted via the internet (web-cast), e-mail or U.S. Postal Services.
Q: How is training available?
A: Training is available via scheduled seminars, via web-cast, and DVD. Web-cast training can be done at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a weeks on demand.
Q: How often are my employees required to have training?
A: The FAA guidance states that initial and recurrent training should be performed. Initial training should be done when the employee is hired or promoted to a new position. Recurrent training should be conducted once a year.
The Premium Packages are available until the manual has been accepted by your FAA FSDO. At which time a subscription is available.
