Part 145, is the training program, which covers the regulation requirements for Repair Stations.  The program is a video program, along with student slide handouts and covers all the requirements in part 145. 

This program is suitable for experienced employees, as well as new hires.  However, we recommend that new hires receive the trading on Repair Station Orientation. 

The program is presented on CD-ROM and may be played on PC computer systems.  If you wish to show this program to a larger audience.  A PC to video converter may be used.  These devices are available at many electronics stores, including Radio Shack.  Many new laptop computers have as video connectors, which enable them to connect to TVs or DVD players. 

Part 145 training program includes student tests, and answers for the instructor.  This is to me requirements to show training effectiveness. 

The part 145 training program, video plus testing time plus test discussion should constitute one training hour.
